As you can see I cooked a pot of chilli the other night! Made with beef mince, all the usual chilli ingredients and loads of courgettes and mushrooms thrown in for good measure (could that be counted as part of the '5 a day'?). As it's such a big pot there was plenty left over for the day after and also for the freezer (always good)!
Served with steamed long grain rice, garlic bread slices and natural yoghurt ...
... and the day after with tacos and chips, salad and sour cream dip (and some grated cheese).
Think I added a few too many chillies this time because it was rather hot! All the more reason, therefore, for plenty of......!
