Liz Earle Orange Flower Botanical Body Wash and Nourishing Botanical Body Cream

I've used the Liz Earle Orange Flower Botanical Body Wash and Nourishing Botanical Body Cream, periodically, for a good many years now (on both myself and my children). These are 'lifesavers' when my skin is feeling stressed, dried out or sensitive (or if I'm just a bit fed up!).

The body wash  is a clear gel which is very concentrated so you only need to use a small amount.

As you can see, it does not contain any lauryl/laureth sulphates.  I've used this body wash after waxing with no burning or stinging at all and also taken it on holiday to use after a day in the sun as it's very soothing.

Once you get 'lathered up' (which it does pretty well), it releases the gorgeous (but not overwhelming) aroma    which just reminds me of summer - a sweet orangey lavender type thing!  Leaves skin soft, cleansed and not at all dried or stripped.

All Liz Earle products are packed full of  'good things' and this body cream is no exception -

Naturally active ingredients include shea butter and avocado oil to soften, soothing echinacea, toning hops, antioxidants natural source vitamin E and beta-carotene to help protect.

The cream is not at all sticky, heavy or greasy, it's almost as if it's been whipped up!  It sinks in easily and leaves my skin comfortable and hydrated. I've used this directly after shaving as it calms my skin.  Again, you don't need a lot of product and the smell is amazing!

Various sizes of both the Liz Earle Orange Flower Botanical Body Wash and Nourishing Botanical Body Cream are available directly from Liz Earle or in Liz Earle stores and you can also usually buy from QVC or John Lewis.

Enjoy!
