Friday Night FOTD and Illamasqua Lippie ...

Bonjour!

I went out last Friday night (well I went out for dinner with the hubby and kids this Friday just gone too but last Friday was more of a couples 'out out' and not just 'out' if you get my drift!). Anyway just thought I pop up a post with my slap for the night... really should this be entitled FOTN?  I'll just shut it and get on shall I...!

Illamasqua Lipstick in Blaze - won in a Giveaway last year - sadly it's discontinued - what a shame, it's one of my favourites!



Here's the whole lot on the kite - a bit more of a half kite than usual - you can see the nose is screaming to take over the pic - ah well...!



And a quick 'awkard pose' of the outfit - both last year's H & M top and Zara jeans - what on earth has happened to the knees on my jeans - they had been thoroughly ironed although it doesn't look like it in this pic ...!





Trying to get one of me and the pooch but he had other ideas! Must have been where I got my creased knees from!

    Jenny, you look lovely! It's so nice to see a full pic of you - it get's easier you know but I still have to think twice before I hit the publish button. And that's not an awkward pose - I have awkward poses to beat that. I have found that if I have a prop it makes it a whole lot easier i.e cat, dog, child, anything will do.

    Anyway, those are serious statement shoes! Love them on you!

      Thanks Sue - yes the full pics are few and far between - definitely feels awkward! No way will the kids get in any photo, we don't have a cat so it'll have to be the dog! x

    That lip colour is gorgeous - why do they discontinue the best ones!! I love your shoes - where are they from? I was waiting to get the curtain fall sandals from Clarks in the sale but they don't have my size left - typical. Love the picture - looking lovely! X

      Thanks Claire - such a shame they've discontinued it! The shoes are from New Look (a few years old actually!)- they've given me serious blisters at several Christmas parties! xx

    LOVE this!! I've never been a fan of the colour orange, but you actually inspired me to try an orange lipstick. It looks sooo pretty on you!
    And your outfit is lovely!
